You won’t want to miss this year’s Wade Bales Cap Classique & Gin Affair. Set to take place at the stunning Southern Sun Hyde Park Rooftop Terrace Bar, is certain to be an unforgettable experience! After all, sipping the finest bubbly, and enjoying the coolest craft and international gins available in South Africa is the perfect way to start the festive season right.
Over 60 of South Africa’s finest premium MCC’s (all made in the traditional Methode Champenoise style) will be on hand. You’ll get to enjoy great wines from local producers, such as Graham Beck, Steenberg, Anthonij Rupert, Tanzanite and Boschendal.
After enjoying a few glasses of great bubbly, you can taste and relax with gin! Believe it or not, gin is the fastest growing spirit in the world. And, for good reason, there are so many spectacular gins to choose from. These exquisite spirits are flavoured with a variety of aromatics, from rose petals to clementine.
The Wade Bales Cap Classique and Gin Affair 2018 will feature up to 50 local craft and international gins to taste. Better yet, local producers will be on hand to share their knowledge and unique insights into what makes their particular “liquid” irresistible. If you’re lucky, they might even share a favourite cocktail recipe or two!
The event takes place at the stunning Southern Sun in Hyde Park Rooftop Terrace Bar. Enjoy spectacular views and great music, in a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere.
